Meet Ayesha

Ayesha Hilton photoI know this is a business website and you probably want to know about my qualifications and experience, but you may also like to find out more about me as a person – if we work together, it would be nice to know I’m the sort of person you would like to have a business relationship with.

First and foremost, I’m a mother of two children. While this is my most rewarding job, over the last nine years, this has meant balancing caring for my family while juggling the needs of my clients. I give my best to both these parts of my life but sometimes life is a little crazy. If you’re a parent, you will probably know what I mean.

Thankfully, working from home suits me. In the past, I had a busy career working in the corporate and community sectors and now I love being to sit down at my laptop and just getting on with the task at hand.

For some reason, I’m incredibly efficient, which means I can get a lot done in short amount of time (if the kids aren’t interrupting me – thus you may get an email from me in the middle of the night now and then when I have a deadline). I also also type at least 80 words per minute, which in the digital age is a real blessing.

In my varied career, I have worked in a range of different roles and sectors. I’ve managed a neighbourhood house, worked as a motivational trainer with long term unemployed people, and been a consultant with one of the world’s leading business and IT consultancy firms. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Communications (Professional Writing) and three quarters of Masters Degree in Virtual Communication.

As a teenager, I dreamed of working overseas as an aid worker. In 1998, I moved to Chiang Mai in Northern Thailand. I went to Thailand with Australian Volunteers International and worked as a community development worker with a women’s NGO called Empower where I ran programs for Thai sex workers. I then went on to work with a number of other NGOs who provide services and assistance to Burmese refugees.

I’m committed to utilising my skills for good and volunteering is a bit of an addiction. I need to sit on my hands sometimes because before I know it, I’ve volunteered to do something else. But, to be honest, some of my most rewarding work projects have actually been for free.

One of my life-long passions is complimentary therapies and I have studied Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT), Reiki, Reconnective Healing, Kinesiology, Bowen Therapy, and Pranic Healing. In 2010, I also became qualified as a birth attendant (doula).

One of my biggest passion is building ongoing relationships working with other small businesses, non profits, and community organisations. Because my skills are quite diverse and I’m so efficient, I’m able to provide quality service at a really affordable price. Not having overheads helps too. I’m able to share the benefits of working from home with my clients.

In my latest professional adventures, I have fulfilled another childhood dream of becoming a published author. I am the author of FAST Book Writing and founder of the FAST Book Writing Bootcamp. I am also the author, along with my husband, Nick Shady, of Who Gets the Farm A Practical Guide for Farm Succession Planning

I have contributed as a co-author to a number of other books including:

There are various health issues that only affect men. Certain drugs are mostly used to treat varied types of bacteria, such as pneumonia and infections of the urinary tract. What about sexual dysfunctions and cialis online? Is it interesting for you? Few medications are used to treat inability to keep an hard-on. What do you have to consider about lots of medicines here? Also, consider how to buy cialis safely. Is ED strong? Yes, it is. Again Cialis may also be used to treat some other complaint as determined by your physician.
